Crow River Signs and UltimateBoatWraps.com are looking to add one to two part-time Customer Service Representatives to our team.  Do you have a desire to sharpen your office skills?  Have you ever dreamed of being a Graphic Designer?   Maybe you are already skilled in these areas and are looking for a part-time position.  This might be the perfect fit for you.  This position will be approximately 4 to 5 hours per day, 4 days a week.  A positive attitude and willing to learn is a must.  

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to

1.   Greet and assist customers
2.   Answer telephones and take messages
3.   Correspond with customers through email
4.   Sort and distribute mail
5.   Data Entry
6.   Invoicing
7.   File Maintenance 
8.   Light office cleaning

Required Skills

1.  Strong communication and people skills
2.  Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
3.  Customer service oriented 
4.  Familiar with office machines (computer, printer, calculator, phone, ect)
5.  Basic math and English skills
6.  Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
7.  Problem solving skills
8.  Self starter, able to work independently and as a team
9.  Ability to take and follow direction

Preferred Skills but not required

1.  Experience with Quickbooks
2.  Previous experience in an office setting
